Dr. Mohammed AL-Eisa graduated Ph.D. in Law, International Commercial Arbitration; and LL.M. with Merit from the Essex Law School in 2010, specialising in the area of International Trade Law. Currently, he is the Executive Director at AL-Eissa Law Firm in Saudi Arabia. Also, he is a writer in AL-Eqtisadiah Newspaper (The Economy).

Dr. AL-Eisa has had extensive work experience sicnce 1998 in different legal areas. For example, he worked at the Saudi Investment Bank, Al-Eissa Law Firm, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Defence and the General Organisation for Social Insurance.

Throughout his LL.B degree in law and during his work experience, Dr. AL-Eisa tailored his legal education and work experience to prepare himself for developing his knowledge of the Saudi legal and judicial systems. In addition, he has obtained extensive knowledge of international trade law through reading for the LL.M. and Ph.D. at Essex University, United Kingdom. For instance, Dr. AL-Eisa has taken many modules which focused on international trade finance law, international sales contracts, carriage of goods, international commercial dispute resolution and legal aspects of e-commercial transactions. The Ph.D. subject is about enforcing arbitral awards in Saudi Arabia.

Lawyer - Osama started his career after his graduation from King Saud University College of Law (LLB), where he worked in a law firm in Riyadh before obtaining his Master's degree in law (LLM) from Syracuse University, USA. Osama is a bilingual lawyer with an experience since 2012 in Saudi Arabian legal market, he practices a Commercial Litigation and participates in drafting contracts. He has knowledge of corporate governance and procedure.

Lawyer, holding Bachelor of Law, King Saud University, Riyadh, in 2017. He previously worked for the Law office of Faraj Ali al-Agla for two years, during which he filed a hearing before all courts of the first instance and appeal courts. Due to his competence in litigation, he was recruited in ALEissa Law Firm in 2018. Abdul Aziz AL-Fawaz has a great experience in all the procedures before the government authorities and he has already pleaded before most courts and quasi-judicial committees.

Legal researcher and Assistant lawyer, holding a bachelor’s degree in law from King Saud University with an overall GPA (4 of 5), ALAssaf joined to ALEissa Law Firm in order to achieve his aspirations to work in the commercial law field, particularly corporate governance and bankruptcy law. He previously worked with the Legal Affairs for Public Security in Riyadh, through which he learned first-hand pleading in the administrative court and the necessary skills.
